Featured Morgage Products
Fixed Rate Mortgages. If you like the idea that your monthly mortgage payment won’t ever change, the fixed rate mortgage may be right for you. The interest rate remains the same over the life of the mortgage loan.

Bi-Weekly Mortgage Program. Mortgage payments are typically due on a monthly basis, but there’s a big cost savings available if you can make bi-weekly mortgage payments (every 14 days) instead. In doing so, you pay your principal sooner and thereby, reduce what you pay in interest over the life of the loan. It’s easy to get into the habit of making bi-weekly payments because they are automatically deducted from your AmeriServ Financial checking or savings account every other week. So instead of one large monthly payment, split it and save!

ARM Program. Your interest rate on an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) fluctuates with market rates. If market rates drop, your mortgage payment will drop. Conversely, if market rates rise, your mortgage rate will rise, too. However, any increase is subject to a rate ceiling for the life of the loan.

Construction Loans. Building a home? We have attractive financing options that include the same fast service and convenient terms.

FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage Programs. Even if you have a limited amount of cash for a down payment, you may still be eligible for a mortgage insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We can help you determine if you qualify and, if so, we’ll walk you through the process until you close on a new home.

Community Reinvestment Mortgage Programs offering attractive payment and financing options for home buyers who choose to live in select locations throughout our service area.

VA Fixed Rate Mortgage Programs. Qualifying veterans can apply for a Veterans Administration (VA) guaranteed mortgage loan. With a VA loan, little or no down payment is required. Call AmeriServ Mortgage Company to learn if you qualify.
